Every coin in a rarity is equally likely. You always get an Epic or better within 10 pulls and the Legendary within 50. A coin you already have becomes shards (Common 1, Rare 2, Epic 5, Legendary 10), and 10 shards buy a pull. Coins, pulls and shards are free: they can't be bought or sold and have no cash value.
