Buff — Riftbound keyword reference

Buff is the Riftbound game action of placing a Buff counter on a unit. A unit can only ever hold one Buff counter at a time — an effect that would Buff an already-Buffed unit simply does nothing further, so stacking multiple "buff" instructions on the same unit doesn't compound unless something explicitly grants permission to do so.
